Visit to The University of Bath, UK

Updated: Apr 4, 2019

I will be giving a talk as part of the Applied Mathematics seminar series.

My good friend and colleague Tim Rogers, a Royal Society JRF and member of the Applied Mathematics Department at the University of Bath, UK, has invited me to talk as part of their Mathematical Biology seminar series. The tentative date is Monday 13th May 2019. I will likely speak on our work concerning the putative scaffold protein anillin, which performs a novel sort of stochastic resetting function, controlling the membrane dwell time of the important contractile regulator RhoA and providing an regulatory analogue of so-called 'kinetic proofreading'. Hope to see you there...
